In-person Sessions & Virtual Sessions for Clients in DC & MD

I came to the DMV from the Midwest, where I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Alma College. Along this journey, I found the benefits of yoga and mindfulness meditation. I became a yoga instructor and have been sharing the benefits of yoga with the people of the DMV for more than seven years. After working in various communications roles, I decided to change course. I attended the Catholic University of America to pursue my Master’s in Social Work to merge the worlds of mindfulness and mental health.
I have experience using a variety of treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based and Solution-Focused Therapy. Additionally, I integrate breathing and meditation techniques into my practice. I have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, navigating life changes, and who have experienced trauma.
I look forward to helping clients reach their therapeutic goals and find more peace in their daily living.
